In the course of the Administrator’s use of tools supporting its day-to-day operations provided, for example, by Google, the Customer’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States of America (USA) or another country in which an entity cooperating with it maintains tools for processing Personal Data in cooperation with the Administrator. We assure you that, in such case, the transfer of data will take place only on the basis of an appropriate agreement between the Administrator and this entity, containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, with the proviso that each time before any transfer of data and taking into account the circumstances surrounding the transfer, we assess whether these entities guarantee a substantive degree of protection equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union by the provisions of the RODO.
