Innovative state-of-the-art city. – You don’t need anything – everything is wanted and can be done.

In the absence of concrete proposals for our city, I decided to present to the residents my vision of sustainable development of Ostrow Wielkopolski.
Suggestions for residents:
COOPERATION
Recall the beginnings of how the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski was founded, and why did we surpass others?
COMMUNICATION of the city government with entrepreneurs and the public – for everyone.
There are so many of us living here that we can create the largest company in the region as a city 🙂
We do this:
- we associate into circles or support groups (several per city – per neighborhood?)
- each group has its own coordinator (chairman?)
- all groups by representatives determine in what direction we will develop our city.
- Representatives and the President will submit proposals to their districts for changes, development or restructuring of the circle, but all residents eligible to vote, i.e. 16 years of age and older, will vote on each project.
- As mayor, he wants the youth to have a voice, too, and to be able to influence real changes in the city, to express their fantasies of how they would like to see their city, and to exercise an oversight function over the actions of their elders. This can also have an educational and developmental function. After all, the young are expected to live here later and develop their businesses and families.
- The young will be able to earn their ideas/projects – socially, e.g., we will create a senior support program
- SENIOR CITIZEN SUPPORT PROGRAM
- The youngsters will take care of selected elderly people by running errands set in advance by coordinators and supervised by gps locators and, for the safety of the elderly, “online” security cameras, or you can expand mailboxes in cages in blocks of flats and also make such next-door package stores.
The youngsters, in exchange for helping the elderly and for, for example, spending time with them to make their time more interesting, will be able to receive tips or bonus points in the program from the elders. Family members will be excluded from the program.
- A GOAT ON EVERY ESTATE
- Goats are fabulous and behave like dogs and can be taught many tricks and by the way a goat gives milk, pupates weeds and produces great fertilizer.
- a minimum of 4 neighbors must agree to take care of the goat on their estate and then we put a container for the goat at one on the plot. Every day a different neighbor will milk the goat and give the milk to those willing, leaving himself as much as he needs 🙂
- A GARDEN ON EACH ESTATE
- We will create neighborhood foliage or put up botanical containers – so as to give residents the opportunity to grow their own vegetables. These will be modern tunnels protected from vandals and thieves. Let the technological orratories invent.
- The foil must be enough for all residents of the estate who join the project to take care of the foils.
- A CHICKEN COOP ON EVERY ESTATE
- just like with plants and goats, each estate must have its own chicken coops so that you can collect fresh eggs and raise your own meat for broth
- Ducks also taste great and besides, they take great care of the garden from pests and slugs
In our city, it is we ourselves who will take care of clean air, and in return the authorities allow us to raise our own animals, vegetables and fruits, for the common good.
- ORATORIES – daily entertainment and education
There will be a daily ORATORIUM for youth in each settlement where youngsters will have instruments, ping pong and dart, chess and other developmental toys available for free. They are supposed to socialize and exchange life experiences. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK TOGETHER!
Imagine what opportunities for healthy cooperation and development for our young residents will be the implementation of the proposals presented. Kids will compete in coming up with innovations, and they can also practice their passions (drawing, film,music, photography, singing, painting, etc.).
WE WILL CREATE TECHNOLOGY ORATORIES, which will be under the care of selected entrepreneurs from our area. The projects you will work on will be judged by the residents, you will score points for cleverness, precision, artistry but also functionality and usefulness.
You will be given all the tools and parts to produce your inventions, but we will be watching this on the online broadcasts.
Every day, every week, you will report online what you have managed to push at the project.
The demand for additional knowledge will be reported immediately at the time of the speech. There is NO REASON FOR BREAKDOWN, or that something is missing to complete the task… VAMOS KUR…!
Entrepreneurs will collaborate with each other and exchange experience, because big projects and innovations don’t get done alone….

BOTANICAL ORATORIES will be engaged in research work on plants, you will cross straighten, stretch and crush plants to fulfill your role as a creator… create and change the world! If someone grows a turbo efficient herb that will cure people of various diseases he will get his own villa made of containers + a bigger plot of land.
Where does the money for all this come from?
We’re going to steal because that’s what our officials are excellent at… or we’re going to shower subsidies on it all to begin with so that in the next handouts they’ll be praying that we don’t run.
ZERO VOLUNTARY TAXES – everyone will be involved in some way in the development of our community. VOLUNTARY DONATION – if the need arises to purchase services or products necessary for the task, you will ALL be informed.
All project plans and strategies will be detailed in weekly, monthly , quarterly and annual schedules, with detailed reporting on task completion and ad-hoc expenditure presentation – on our internal urban development platform.
HOUSING AND HEALTH POLICY
there will be zero-emission traffic in the city, i.e., bicycle-scooter-melex traffic (melexes and hydrogen “haulers”), each owner of a melex will have to compulsorily build himself a windmill and some kind of energy storage with the help of the shitheads from the technological oratory under the guidance of specialists 🙂
You will want to move your ass on that bike and ride over to look at what new things the innovation section has invented, or what plants are mutating in the botanical oratory….
Each new resident will get his own container for housing. But he will already have to furnish himself with freebies. You will be able to get or buy garbage at preferential prices from our local distributors.
Whoever is more rich will be able to buy more containers and add a cottage as the family grows. Love each other I Let us be as many…. i.e. leftists get the fuck out!
In our city, the family will come first and if the “marriage” breaks down, the parents will both have to work off the social penalties and we will introduce a charter for the child’s basic needs. This charter will specify the tasks that parents will share, so that the child will have contact with mom and dad without fighting in the courts and unnecessary pushing. It is the parents who part with each other, but they do not part with their own children.
We will have our own “district” teams and there will be local competitions every weekend… there will be online streaming of the entire event from multiple cameras mounted on the heads of the players.
In the evenings we will organize social gatherings in our neighborhoods, for example, singing shanties by the fire , concerts of local musicians throughout the day … let them train on the big stage. And in the park on the shell, let the tiktokers train their stage skills … 🙂
We will be the most modern city in our approach to nature, man and technology. We will sell our know-how and inventions and patents and what we produce in our urban homesteads.
The technology section will develop how to use the garbage we produce to expand the city’s infrastructure. ALL the streets will be ultra-modern made of modular elements. I.e., highly technologically advanced panels that perform many practical functions from water drainage to charging electric vehicles to producing energy for the city.
All biodegradable waste will be reused. The city will pay residents for bio waste. We will have ample bio resources, so mini neighborhood biogas plants can be built. Or TOR reactors that will guarantee infinite energy for residents.
All this is realistic to implement. I know how to do it and with what human resources. 🙂
