Definition of a startup:
A startup is an innovative project with high investment risk!
Period.
The rest is just business ideas for traders.
There are no real investors in Poland – only traders. Entrepreneurs looking for a quick buck.
They often think about a fast return on investment.
Czy to źle?
Nie, ale taki przedsiębiorca nie rozumie istoty wytwarzania innowacji.
Is that bad?
No, but such an entrepreneur doesn’t understand the essence of creating innovation.
You also often come across entrepreneurs who invent and create something, but then struggle to promote and scale it.
If you have an innovative idea, here is my proposal:
- describe your project in your own words and save those words in, for example, Google Docs,
- artificial intelligence will help you visualize your idea, so put effort into your description in point 1,
- if you are able to define what you need to create an MVP (i.e. a prototype), list the requirements using bullet points,
If you decide to work with me, you will get a package that includes:
- a marketing strategy for your project,
- scaling ideas and 20 years of experience in marketing and startups, <
- don’t worry about reach, we’ll generate massive reach, <
- a professional project website integrated with automated customer and investor acquisition tools,
- we will engage media and communities to promote your project
You can try to struggle through this cake on your own, but it’s a waste of time.
Remember, Article 115 on the protection of intellectual property DOES NOT WORK! Anyone can steal your idea, which is why it’s crucial to act FAST!
Cheers!

And below are checklists to review if you’re thinking about launching a startup.
✅ STARTUP CHECKLIST: From idea to scaling
1. Ideation Phase (Ideation & Validation)
- Defining the problem → what exactly are we solving?
- Identifying the target audience (customer persona)
- Competitor and market research
- Checking if people actually have this problem (interviews, surveys, social listening)
- Creating a Value Proposition
- Lean Canvas / Business Model Canvas (one-page business model)
2. Validation (Proof of Concept / MVP idea)
- Defining minimum product features (MVP – minimum viable product)
- Prototype (e.g., Figma mockup, landing page)
- Initial testing with potential customers
- Gathering feedback (conversations, forms, A/B testing)
- Calculating basic costs (time, money, resources)
- Checking the revenue model (subscription, commission, marketplace, etc.)
3. Building an MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
- Choosing technology / tools (no-code, low-code, custom dev)
- Creating version 0.1 of the product (e.g., website, app, bot)
- Implementing core features (only what’s essential!)
- Landing page to collect sign-ups / registrations
- Initial promotional campaigns (test marketing: social media, ads, SEO, cold outreach)
- Onboarding the first test users
4. First Customers and Traction
- Handling the first users (manually, semi-automatically)
- Gathering reviews and case studies (social proof)
- Product iteration (improvements based on feedback)
- KPI monitoring (e.g., user count, conversion, LTV/CAC)
- Setting pricing (price testing)
- Formalities: company registration (sp. z o.o. / sole proprietorship), accounting, bank account
5. Growth and Marketing
- Building the full product (version 1.0)
- Website as the hub for communication and sales
- Blog / content marketing (SEO, market education)
- Advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok – depending on target audience)
- Social media (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) – content strategy
- Process automation (CRM, email marketing, chatbots)
- First partnerships (B2B, resellers, influencers)
6. Scaling
- Securing funding (investor, VC, grants, crowdfunding – if needed)
- Expanding the team (sales, marketing, product, tech)
- Expanding to new markets (localization, languages, new countries)
- Scaling marketing (performance marketing, PR, influencers, industry events)
- Product development → new features, cross-sell, upsell
- Building internal processes (HR, finance, legal, compliance)
- Measuring and optimizing KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR, ARR)
- Strategic exit (acquisition, IPO, further funding rounds)
📌 End result:
- You start with just an idea,
- You finish with a working business, customers, and scaling into new markets.
