Development Strategy for a Modern 22nd-Century City! A Bold Concept Only for Bold City Governments!

TL;DR: The city of the future is an ecosystem that combines technology with nature. The development strategy must take into account zero emissions, smart resource management, and the well-being of residents.

Good morning,

Searching for many years for my career path, I managed to create a project that, in my opinion, is intended only for bold idealists who are not afraid of unique solutions going beyond the beaten standards of the backward European Union.

In some countries, they are still surprised that you can have a toilet at home and don’t need to go outside.

For example, I dream of a city where I can walk barefoot from my home to the other side of the city, or ride a melex powered by water or a “lifetime” battery. These dreams prompted me to come up with a concept that requires only small (relatively) costs to be recognized as an innovative city and quickly attract young people to settle down permanently.

Below, I present a series of visionary and detailed concepts for urban, social, and economic development. I am seriously looking for bold city representatives to implement this concept 🙂

The central point is the creation of the Orbital Center for Business Support (OCWP) in Ostrów Wielkopolski, which is to act as a comprehensive ecosystem supporting innovation and local businesses, especially family ones, through digitization and mentoring.
Another key initiative is the “Youth Oasis” project, focusing on creating open, creative, and safe recreational and development spaces for youth as an alternative to shopping malls.
In addition, one of the texts analyzes in detail the potential and challenges of transforming urban empty spaces into vertical farms, focusing on the financial, ecological, and technological viability of such urban agriculture.

The whole concept combines the pursuit of building self-sufficient, innovative, and socially cohesive cities. I encourage you to read the concept.

Video summary – I also encourage you to listen to the podcast below. 20 minutes but worth it 🙂
